Actually the PUIGPULL- we offer the brushed nickel model(5200N) and Burgundy - is a cork extracting system that you can fold up and put in your pocket. After you have used it a few times you'll be convinced it is the effortless corkscrew. Its total vertical cork extraction eliminates cork breakage. The key to restoring the corkscrew to its original position is to lift the small ratchet at the top of the corkscrew. The "car jack" or ratchet extraction works particularly well with older wines. The operator can ease the cork out very slowly because there is total speed control by engaging as many, or as few, ratchet steps as necessary.
