The Wild Hibiscus Flower Company produces a unique, edible Wild Hibiscus flower preserved in a simple syrup (cane sugar and spring water) with a flavor reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb. It can be used as a premium cocktail garnish and in many other culinary applications. Its classic use is with sparkling wine. Simply place a whole Wild Hibiscus Flower upright in the bottom of a flute, pour a bit of the crimson syrup on top then fill with bubbly. The visual presentation is lovely and the flower quite tasty. Flowers are heat stable, retaining firmness, shape and color when used with any cocktail or culinary method.
